Capability is moving faster than accountability.

Organizations can connect powerful models and agents, yet still struggle to prove why a consequential action occurred, what evidence supported it, and who had authority to permit it.

UNA addresses the gap between intelligent output and accountable action. It is not presented as a foundation model, a conscious system, or an autonomous authority.

Governance belongs inside the decision path.

  • AuthorityCapability does not grant permission. Authority must be explicit, scoped, current, attributable, and revocable.
  • ProvenanceMaterial outputs remain connected to sources, participating systems, uncertainty, and validation state.
  • ContinuityMemory and context retain identity, lineage, correction, supersession, and revocation.

ResoVerse has developed architecture, governance specifications, software components, synthetic tests, internal review packets, and controlled evidence workflows. Those results remain artifact-specific.
