Tom Budd is ResoVerse’s Founder, CEO, CTO, and Chief Architect. He is a systems architect, builder, and veteran.
Tom created UNA and founded ResoVerse to explore how increasingly capable intelligence can remain evidence-bound, reviewable, and subject to legitimate human authority.
ResoVerse is a veteran-owned, remote-first company. Formal certification status is evaluated separately and is not implied by this description.

ResoVerse LLC is the top-level company and authority boundary. UNA is the principal governed-intelligence architecture developed within it. Products, prototypes, research programs, websites, models, and tools do not independently acquire company authority.
